"I took my 90 year old Mom here yesterday. As always, the food was excellent! Hot, fresh, appetizing and large portions. Mom has a walker, she was able to navigate without any issues. There is wheelchair parking and the staff held the door open for us. I've been here many times and have always had great service. On this visit, our server was Mark L. He was so courteous, friendly, attentive and just a wonderful man overall. I highly recommend this Red Lobster and try to get seated in Mark Ls section."

"We have several dish and chip places in Barrie like to try them all ! Well Fancys has to be the bottom of the list fist taste like the use frozen chips for sure no fresh potatoes The fish has so much batter you cak hardly find the fish,I went I tried and will not go back really frozen chips in a fish and chip store.They say they have been in business for years I don't know how....."

"It is the best restaurant among fish and chips I have ever eaten. First of all, clean oil is used, so it's fresh and the tempura is not thick. Handmade coleslaw, crispy potatoes and gravy are the best. They have been running a restaurant in the same place for 10 years. I strongly recommend it if you come to Barrie."

"Unbelievable staff, they were all so nice from the moment we stepped in the door, greeted by multiple people from multiple stations, and they really make you feel special for being there. Calamari was a 10/10 , i’ve never had calamari that was perfectly seasoned crispy and easy to chew and swallow like that. Amazing waiter as well ! Always had the table clear between apps and regular course and kept up amazing with us , as well as the others tables he was serving, well done!"

"Awesome little restaurant with delicious food and has exactly what you are looking for. I headed here for breakfast while staying at horseshoe resort. I had read about it and wanted to go someplace other than the resort. So happy I did. You have to go. Went with my wife and 12 yr old son."
