"Called in here for lunch with the family, Cafe was half full. We had fish and chips and burgers. Burgers were good, full of salad and homemade patty, although the patty was much smaller than the bun, bread nice and fresh. Chips and fish very good, not oily. Service was quick, Coffee was weak which was disappointing. Sugar on tables, looked like it was in old parmesan cheese containers, really think packet sugar is much more hygienic option. Overall food was good and reasonably priced."

"Very impressed for a small shopping centre offering. Had a battered fish burger and the fish was delicious. Was a very generous size too and I'd consider it good value for money considering prices these days. Looking forward to going back! Thanks team. "We recently visited this takeaway fish and chip shop at Golden Beach, Caloundra.It is only few steps across the road from the calm waters of Golden Beach. We grabbed a picnic table by the water and I enjoyed a beautifully, sizeable crumbed piece of fish, a massive serving of crispy chips, a non-greasy, thick potato scallop with lemon and tartare sauce all for $9.Certainly great value for money and the view of the water, boats, seagulls and pelicans at sunset cost nothing. The tables are so close to the water you can put your feet in the sand. There are also tables and chairs outside the shop.Can't wait to return"

"We had to send both entree and main meal back.We both had the same meals and neither looked the same. When asked if there was any other menu we were told no. On paying we saw a special menu for seafood platter for two when...the wait staff was asked if they were out of the seafood platter they replied no. We then questioned why when we were told no other menu/ They said sorry. I then said we had been there many times before but would never be back the attitude was who cares. If the problem is penalty wages don't open rather than give poor service and below par food."

"This restaurant has fast service and is hygienic the food ordered was well cooked and flavoursome sadly some items on the menu weren't available but that being said the items sampled were great such as the chicken fettuccine."

"Our first time having fish chips here and we were very impressed. The light coating of batter of the fish was delicious and the potato scallops were great too. We look forward to our next visit."

"The cafe was busy which was great to see :). Breakfast was amazing, I had perfectly cooked poached eggs on my eggs benny as did my partner. Our kids had a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and pancakes which they both also enjoyed. We will be back that's for sure!"
