"So we drove for 10 hours and arrived late and hungry to the neighbourhood. We checked out 3 local places and this was the only one that welcomed us with a smile. So the waiting staff haven't got the best knowledge of English, but then we haven't got the best knowledge of French so... hey ho! Once seated the head chef came out and talked us through the menu in detail and with a passion that only made us more excited. He's awesome!!! I had to open the wine bottle as the waitress was struggling, but this was done in good humour and only added to the experience.... The food is superb! Forgive the language barrier, this is money very spent! A word of warning, if you want desert, leave some space. The portion sizes are generous. We only stayed one night in town, but if I'm back this way... I'm coming again!"
