"Driving into Stourbridge we noticed a roadside board advertising all day serving pub grub and decided to give it a try. We were impressed with the friendly and efficient service provided by staff members Dink and Georgia. Our food choices included my fish and chips...and gammon and chips for my partner delicious and filling food at a value for money price. Our food was cooked by fellow Wearsider chef Dave who deserves our compliments. The pub interior is interesting with various discrete areas to choose to sit in and also worth noting is the cleanliness throughout. All the staff working here are a credit; keep up the good work. We will definitely return the next time we are visiting the region."

"The fish chips were excellent but the portions were very small for the price charged. When we waited for our fish and chips ,we noticed the person frying the fish was dipping the fish in the batter and putting the fish in the dripping but she wiped her hands on a dirty cloth or up the back of her overall. It was very noticeable on her overalls and her hair was hanging loose. The overall standard of cleanliness was not very good which spoils the experience. Plastic gloves would be an improvement."

"Possibly the worst fish and chips I've ever eaten. went sat afternoon over had fish and chips, chips were cold and hard almost as they were warmed by the night before and only slightly warmed by. the teig appeared on the fish. ok, but when cut into it was very soft and gooey (sickly). the people don't eat here, from the chips shops in sedgley this must be the worst. do not know about tasty, should it be called un-Tasty."

"It was simply tried taks fish and chips shop in coombes rd halesowen it was delivered on time beautiful and friendly drivers. hot big portion beautiful batteryd chips and a southern fried chicken in a bungalow with salad and mayo and a beautiful hasch brown with curry sauce and donor kebab in a tablet with sweet chili sauce on really enjoyed it again xx"

"We went regularly for Sunday carvery here, so it was a surprise to come and find that there is no carvery anymore and that there is a menu-based food choice. eating was delicious and as beautiful as it was always, although the carvery was missed by the children, they enjoy the choice they like. it was also quite loud in the restaurant as Rugby game shows we will return but probably not so often now it is not carvery based as that was a great occasion for our family."
