"Around the corner from our hotel, this little hole in the wall had stools, a one foot counter to eat on and tables in the back. The kitchen and service counter were also at the back and here we ordered their fish and chips and pesto. No pesto this day but the fish and chips were very good. Delicious little morsels of fish and crispy chips. And, I had a selection of 6 different sauces to complement my meal? During our 30 minute stay we saw 6 staff, 2 dogs, 2 other customers, a fridge being transported out, food being transported in all whilst listening to singing in the street outside and strange music inside. Different, I would say.."

"A great place, the frying is exceptional and the price is certainly honest. The only downside that 's a bit out of place is that they give you plastic cutlery. They could make use of a cutlery cleaning and bagging service or wash the metal cutlery sparingly by boiling them in a large saucepan with a little soap. EDIT: Changed management. They have maintained the prices, but the quality, although it can certainly be considered good, has unfortunately dropped a bit. The last 3 times I went they forgot to give me the receipt. That 's the only reason they won 't see me again."
