"Very co-operative staff to accommodate us without a booking on a busy day and a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Good menu choices and a 'specials' two or three course option is available. Great location on the beach with full views to the water. Friendly staff, good wines and a nice place to enjoy lunch."

"I would never pay to go here but a free bee is a free bee. At $150 a head for ten , it doesn't stack up when a tee bone steak is nearly fifty bucks and last time so overly salted. Throw in another twelve...dollars for a salad and it isnt cheap nor does it have the wow factor which you would expect. I simply just do not get it with food that our party found to be average. The service is about the best I have encounteted with a ten pax group but thank God someone else is paying again. Ambience is fantastic but I always get back to the tucker."

"Ride your bike or skateboard to St.Kilda beach, stop in here for brunch, I ordered bacon and eggs on toast, it was quick and hot with lots of bacon, kids had chips, quick meal and back in the skateboards and off down the esplanade!!!"

"Had a wonderful meal at Chapel’s FISH HOUSE last night. The food was really good and authentic. I love eating out and this restaurant is definitely on the top of my favourite’s list!The Salmon fish and chips was just divine! I also had the most delicious and fresh Greek saladStaff are friendly, the place is very popular and always busy with excellent menu, food and serviceWill be back!"

"I just had the standard cheeseburger for $11.90 which is the cheapest. The burgers look and taste amazing but I found it over priced. Most burgers were $25 and that's not including fries and sauce is an extra $3. The diner itself is super cool and the staff are lovely. Definitely worth a try."
