"Birthday treat with friend not kept waiting for table reasonably fast service meal was lovely but steak a little tough. We chose sticky pudding and custard although very nice we didn't like the dessert menu bring back the peanut butter Cheesecake we come their because it's local to us service and food is good at a fair price but we are dessert fans and we nearly went elsewhere to eat purely for a better dessert"

"Lovely food in a great pub. Came in for a pint and ended up staying to eat. The staff are fabulous and very welcoming. Lorna came and asked about or meal and to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch."
