"Both myself and my wife ordered Rib Eye medium rare.. perfectly cooked very good quality steak too. lovely setting and very comfortable chairs. Staff are very nice. Only thing is the drinks menu could be sligtly better but it was not too bad. A must visit for a steak lover."

"I ordered food last night on the Giovannis app and payed by card. I was sent an email saying they accepted my order and delivery would be minutes. I waited One hour and minutes with no sign of food and called to see...what was going on. The owner is ridiculously rude. She told me my food was up next to be made, then that there was no address so it couldn't be delivered (eircode was on it which is the address). I was then told I was too far out for the food to be delivered yet our house is less than a five minute drive from the restaurant. I had to enter my eircode into the app for delivery and the restaurant accepted it so it obviously was not too far. I received no call from the restaurant to tell me about these problems They were made up excuses on the spot. I told her I wanted my order cancelled and a refund to which she told me I had to go get a refund myself and hung up the phone. If I had not called them I probably wouldn't have got a phone call to let me know what was going on. Thankfully I spoke to a lovely woman who got my money refunded. I'd advise the owner to take some courses on customer service as it was an absolute disgrace the way the situation was handled. I won't be returning again."

"Fabulous service by the boss, there was another young lad who was very polite and a lovely attitude but the young female waiter had a personality disorder. Terrible attitude and she certainly didn't want to be there, I would have given stars if she had even given a smile and didn't make us all feel that we were an inconvenience!! Moving on, the boss was a delight and made our experience (my birthday) very special. She really went above and beyond. The food was lovely and the portions were great. Prices are good too. Thank you for a lovely dinner "

"Sunday lunch treat with my mum and daughter from start to finish it was just lovely... relaxed atmosphere excellent service and food has to be said it was so fresh full of flavours we just couldn't fault it..I had chicken stir fry with noodles and chips fab! mum had chicken supreme and she said it was the nicest meal she's had in a long time..and my mum is not easily pleased....My daughter had her favourite... chicken wings to start ,homemade chicken geougions followed by chocolate mousse shes still going on about it....When bill arrived we were pleasently surprised fantastic value for the quility of food ...So if your looking for good food good prices for a Sunday lunch I would highly recommend to eat here you definitely won't be disappointed."

"The four of us really enjoyed all the dishes we choose, the fish and chips, burger and chips the stir fries were very tasty. Staff were very friendly and service was good The pints of Guinness were very good. The only minor issue was the coffee was a strong and bitter. Overall well worth the money and would recommend a meal here."
