"Well I went here 5 times and only once could I say I was not impressed. The food is just a light meal and the staff are willing to help you and let you know what is gluten free on their menu. They are very busy and the food does turn often. How people can say it looks like it has been sitting for ages I do not know as I have never seen it like that. I have always had a variety of baked potato's with different fillings, and they have been filling and well worth their money.If not happy take it back. Once I was not impressed I took it back; within 5 minutes I had a fresh plate of food exactly what I ordered and a free juice. My husband always has the fish and chips and enjoys the light batter. We would go back for a light lunch again."

"Thought fish and chips for a short middle week meal would be nice after a hectic day. Be here before that came back and ordered Grilled Perch. When it was brought out, it was wrapped in the film, it was cooked, swimming... in water (frozen) tasteless very small and NOT perch. I asked the cook if he had grilled the fish and he said yes in the foil. After asking him to tell him that the fish was shocking, he apologized and went back to the kitchen. Pretty sure the fish used was BASS and could have saved my self $8 and went to Woolies and cooked it my self on a real grill for $2. Totally demolished, Not what I ordered and derive a cheaper farmed freshwater fish for perch charge $10 for it. Will not be back"

"A nice clean take away, let down by food over cooked to the point the batter was brittle and very brownI order battered black pudding and thought it would be like the sausage shape you get in Scotland, out came a battered round slice the weighed nothing covered in batter. That had fried to a crisp , tasted of nothing really The haddock was really small for $10, we also ordered the $17 haddock and that was tastless as wellWe were expecting home made chips, but they were the standard frozen chiips.Curry sauce was disappointing So all in all nothing like the great British experiences we were looking forStaff were friendly and efficient, Doubt if I would go back"
