"First time for me... won't be the last. The guy tells me he's kind of famous for his fries and they're the best I've ever had. Yeah... right. Yeah! Right! The fries are magic. They have a rich, dark cook on them yet somehow not at all over-done. Wonderful crisp texture on the outside, but with (and I never thought I'd describe fries with this adjective) an almost juicy inside. Perfectly seasoned. The fries were so good that I can't actually remember the smokey, but I certainly had no complaints about it either. But those fries... wow."

"Just along the shore from the more glitzy and more busy Salty's (which is also well worth a visit but it DOES get pretty packed in high season!), this little fusion restaurant is a real find. Family run and home cooked, drawing on influences from the West and South East Asia, the service is prompt , personal and always with a smile. The menu ranges from burgers and fish and chips, all the way along to Pad Thai, saffron chicken and green curry. Again, the diversity of the owner family's origins shines through. We asked them to just bring us the most authentic, home made items on the menu and it was DELICIOUS. To add to this, the owner sent out a free home made desert for my little girl, so who can complain at such treatment?!Not glitzy, not glam, just friendly home cooked fusion food with a family face. Just perfect for some laid back evenings on the beach."

"Visited for dinner from out of town with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. We had a tough decision with what to order - everything sounded so good! However our server Bobbi gave great food recommendations. We ended up ordering the fire cracker pizza and the roasted apple & chicken ciabatta. Great decision. The food is much better than your average pub fare. Bobbi was very friendly and attentive. We received nothing but fantastic service from her. Looking forward to visiting in the future. Next time I'll be trying the tequila lime prawns and the jambalaya... And the... Like I said everything sounds so good. Will be back for a return visit that's for sure."

"Busy but great service all the same for our table of 8! The young girl, a daughter of the owners was very good, remembered everything and was great at serving the food correctly. Follow up requests were perfect. Now on to the food, good fresh Japanese food. Sushi prepared at the counter bar in front of the patrons is a nice touch and goes a long way to spreading the fresh food prepared here message. Tastes were good on all of the dishes. Asian beef noodles, Sunomono, Crunchy Cooked Salmon rolls with spicy mayo was the dish chosen most by our group. The big green salad was very fresh and tastey"
