"Really bad experience. Woman working was totally disinterested and rude. Our orders were rung up wrong and our table was dirty. Half the menu was “sold out”, they didn’t even have lemon for the fish. Used to be a nice place to go. Will not be going back."

"Arrived there at 745, and walked and seen people still eating and stuff but we got turned away because it was almost closing. Unprofessional and they lost out on business for future. Worked in service industry and we are suppose to not turn away any customers. I know that’s kinda rude of us; but we just trying to eat and leave. But whatever. Lost on customers."

"Saturday had been a tough day for our family and after attending a service in Stony Plain, we decided to stop by The Beer Hunter before we headed back to Sherwood Park. It was 3:30pm and there were several tables open so Annie told us...to just grab a seat anywhere. We were surprised when we realized she was alone in covering the floor but she had everything under control and we were checked regularly. Amazing really! We started with an order of Campfire Nachos to share and they were great. The teenager went with a side caesar salad and chicken quesadilla. My wife ordered her regular fish and chips (she is so predictable) and I went with Hunter's carbonara. It was exactly what our family needed and it was delicious. I believe we would go back just to watch Annie look after an entire restaurant by herself and make it look effortless."
