"Was looking at the menu and deciding whether to eat here or not as long wait times on food. I wanted to warm my sons food up as he is 9 months old and obviously cannot eat the food served here yet. Asked at the bar if I could warm it up and he said he would check. Could hear one of the chefs loudly and abruptly saying NOPE! No question of what he was heating just as blunt as that. Now if I was asking to heat my own food I’d completely understand but a 9 month old baby? Wrong. We obviously decided to not eat there then for the rude service but then as we had walked there my child had to wait another hour before he could eat as we had to walk back home before I could feed him. It’s absolutely disgusting! As someone who works for the company also I know that you can heat baby food when it’s in sealed packaging which it was."

"With friends on half board. Breakfast was excellent with great service. Food was good quality served hot and plentiful. Evening menu was limited we tried all meals and would recommend that you stay on this menu as the bar food we tried was disappointing, the curry had four small pieces of meat and was watery. The fish and chips were excellent and could not be improved. The bar area is very busy with football on all 6 tvs the staff friendly offered to serve us in the reception that was good."
