"I went to me Diplomate on a Sunday for a later lunch. They were also offering brunch but I had their regular lunch. I had the Cuban and my friend had the tuna melt. Both were very delicious but I personally liked the tuna melt better. Both meals were served with fires. If you wanted you could upgrade to sweet potato fries for $1. So I would rate our food 4/5. Our service was not amazing. We were waiting a long time for her to show up and check on us. My friend had to go"

"We came here for HH one day randomly and sat outside. They were giving out gin that night so we had G&T all night! The pesto hummus is so so good and I had the impossible burger and it was delicious. FYI The burgers do not come with fries. The service was attentive and the servers were very friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for HH or a quick bite. The inside bar is more of a dive bar feel."

"We had a great time at the River Crab on 4th of July. The weather was spectacular so we decided to sit outside. It was perfect - the yellow umbrellas and the blue sky and water made a serene setting. Our waitress was attentive and met all our needs. The food was excellent and we hated to leave. We will definitely be back and I have been spreading the word about this place. Watching the boats on the water is a big plus. We hope to come back for a sailboat ride and lunch now that is being offered during the week."

"We always love coming to Hank's when we visit DC. Outside patio is delightful, our waitress had an amazing knowledge of the menu and was able to provide many dairy free items for me to choose. Only complaint is the very rare salmon that was served which apparently is how they prepare it. It's worth a mention I believe because my son tried but couldn't eat it so he brought it home rather than send it back. We will be back!"

"A great atmosphere with authentic decor imported from Ireland. A great menu with varied selections. I had the shepherds pie. The lamb was shredded not ground and a lollipop chop was adorned on top. Great touch and great flavor. My friends had the chicken pot pie, and they raved over that. Irish coffee at the end topped off a great evening, and the Irish coffee was topped off with very rich cream!This is my second visit to Kirwan’s and next time I am in DC I will probably go there again"

"I was at the Irish Times for a law school reunion with about 50 classmates 30 years after I had last been. It's still very much the same a basic Irish bar with good beer selection (Guiness, of course) and nice bar decor. The soft pretzel was excellent and the chicken fingers were okay. Bar staff was professional and attentive."
