"My daughter and I had omelets. My husband had the eggs benedict, and my son got a hamburger. Our omelets were stuffed with meat and cheese. I'm pretty sure that the hollandaise sauce was homemade. This is the best breakfast we have had in a very long time, this our new place to eat. "The server argued and yelled at my wife's sister about not having her ID AFTER she had already gave her a drink then came and took it away our FOOD SHOWED UP AND HER BURGER SMELLED AND TASTED LIKE CLEANING CHEMICALS OR SANITIZER SPRAY they gave us a bunch of drink tokens to make up for it but will definitely never recommend or be visiting this bar again Price per person: $50–100"

"This is the only real pub within walking distance of our house so we were eager to check it out. In its early days, it did struggle to attract customers but over the months it has actually developed a decent following of regulars. A lot of this is due to their support of local folksy musicians, open mics, and (if you're into such things) karaoke twice a week. Quirky entertainment aside, the food is better than average. Fish and chips and Cottage pie are good bets. They have decent beer on tap with daily discounts on particular brews. It's also nice that it has older (i.e. 30+ age) locals as patrons typically and not the armies of students that frequent most establishments in the area. There are better pubs and food in Waterloo but the Churchill has a certain endearing charm and my wife and I have become "regulars"."
