"I went with a friend and the new fit-out in the back room was quite comfortable. The coffee was excellent but we were disappointed by the Banh Xeo that we both ordered. The pancake was overcooked and so hard that I couldn't cut mine and...had to leave it. My friend said that her meal greasy. The service was quick but the coffee was a bit undersized for the price and no one came over to see if we wanted another coffee or asked how our meal was. A bit overrated, unfortunately, but maybe there are other pressures at play. It's an interesting place which used to be an antique and gift shop back in the 1960s when the timber was polished to perfection. It's a bit too rustic and rushed for my liking and the food was just not that good."

"We have been here twice recently and have had to wait around 30 minutes for brunch when the restaurant was not busy. The food was good when it arrived though. However my water glass was dirty which I just put to one side but when...my cappuccino arrived with a prominent lipstick mark on it, I had to give it back. Not sure how it would have got past the dishwasher, the barista and the waitress??? Jus a bit of a worry. So won't be rushing back because of cleanliness concerns"

"I thought it would just be another greasy fast food joint. But no! I mean, yes, it is a fast food joint, but the service is great, and the prices are very very reasonable. I recommend the fish and chips. The fish was GREAT. The flour coating was not thick, and amount of the actual fish is a very generous.They are also very generous with the chips (fries). Huge selection of drinks to choose from (if you choose a set meal that comes with drink.)Overall, best fast food joint I have been to. Limited seating though, but that's a small issue."

"Congratulations to say whoever the brain was behind the renovations of this great institution. Went in today for lunch and was greeted at the door by a beautiful female manager, she was so friendly and polite, went to my table, and asked me about my day, as I had heard from them, she recommended the fish tacos from the menu, as it was her men favorite then showed him behind the bar, he came over with a huge smile and said: "She is not lying to me, the fish tacos were so great that I felt so I went with her recommendations and took the fish Tacos that were in a row of 3, they were bloody huge, I was blown away, I took an IPA that the bartender recommended, he said it was from the southern highlands, it was a good drop. I will definitely be back! Cheers Legends"

"What a location... Shame it's mainly operated by school kids who could not give 2 Bob for sercie.As the title states I will give the owners credit that the milk they use is Riverina, good choice and nice to see an Aussie brand used.As for the staff , the young adults who are often the main operators are normally very busy talking to each other or to there friends..... Spilling milk down the side of cups, over doing it with the powder or simply Taking down a wrong order.Nice location for those wanting a cup of coffee but if your legs permit it I'd suggest walking around to the middle of the harbour to a new place where one is treated with respect as a customer."

"Family of 4 well catered with good range of kids "and chips" menu options plus bowl of veggies (so rare to find in kids menus). Salad with steaks was better than average (not just limp lettuce!) and nice serving staff. Steaks were very nice and cooked perfectly despite how busy the place was."

"Visited for work golf dayBreakfast golf and then some lunch.Great day golf course is bit too hard for non regular players.The young lady looking after us for breakfast was oustanding and deserves a pay rise for how she handled a number of large groups on her own.Lunch was slow to come out and the staff provided some free hot chips as a consolation.Ordered the barramundi with watercress and pea puree.Looked great when it arrived and tasted even better crispy skin and moist flesh.Have not has a meal this nice in any club for a very long timeThanksLeanne & Paul"
