"I wanted to sign up that I was very disappointed with her behavior. mistakes happen to all of us, but as I was treated today, it looks like I owe. I went to give a feedback that last week on the...holiday I spent 3 pieces of fish for lunch with my wife and daughter, but when I came home, there was only 2. I thought we could trust in Kanada all people and I was not in a hurry to solve it because I did not have shared with my family lunch for 2. Today I went to the load personally to give feedback and was asked why I didn't call now and leave 2 days past as if it were 2 years. I didn't go the same day because, as I said, we wanted to keep our peace and eat with my family, the next day I worked all day and went today. we thank God that we need nothing and I wish the owners and participants are happy and this situation does not go through as a consumer. we were frequent customers, even during the most difficult time of pandemic. after that we have doubts when we feel comfortable coming back to this place. we wish them a good ostar."

"Everything is delicious. We had wings, calamari, dynamite roll and edamame. Also ordered a hickory burger and dragon bowl. All for takeout. Everything was delicious. Portions are generous. Definitely worth it!"

"This is a very busy location but the service provided was still personable and the restaurant very clean in spite of the continuous number of people coming in to order and most eating there. The food was definitely tasty the chicken burgers are highly recommended. By far one of the best managed and run Triple O's in the lower mainland of BC."

"The thing to remember about eating here is that it's really quite good. I enjoyed my fish burger, which came with an excellent side salad. My bite of my wife's Dragon Bowl was also really good. The room is attractive, and OUR server was pleasant and competent (we lucked out!).Because I like restaurants and they're important to me, though, I just find it difficult to overlook small annoyances, such as:*. Having to wait until the hostess and one of the servers finished their personal conversation before they would take any notice of our arrival;* The misspelling of "prosciutto" as "proscuitto" on the menu;*. The server who interrupted us to add a third chair to the table at which the two of us were sitting because "that's where it belongs".To be fair, where in Vancouver are restaurant managers supposed to find good front of house staff?"

"Ovaltine Cafe is a trip back to time and I love the trip. Do not expect an extraordinary culinary experience here, but with the expectations in check-cafee and breakfast are just good. Service in my experience was always very good and I always type generous... to show my appreciation and since the regular clientele from this area do not have the money to splash around, I feel that someone working here could use a good tip. Over the years, the Ovaltine Cafe has been used as a set location for so many TV shows and movies. Recently I watched The Man at High Castle and they used the Ovaltine Cafe and The Smile Diner, another old guilt. It was tried to bring the cafe to the hipster area, but the ovaltine remains only the comfortable old self. I'd be very sad if it ever goes away. Don't let the street population throw you away. Many drug addicts and homeless people in the area/on the streets, but I have lived in the area for over 30 years and never had a problem. Just remember that this is the poorest part of the city and many levels of government have misunderstood the area, basically with decades of refusal and renewal and the creation of a ghetto by the concentration of social housing in the neighborhood."
