"I am sure not many people working in Canary Wharf would even know that this place exists unless you happen to come to Jamie's Italian. Unfortunately, it has been disadvantaged by its location. Earlier, on sunny days, the place was packed as the outside terrace was almost the last place in Canary Wharf to get into the shadows of the tall buildings. However, with the new building coming up right in front, I believe it will be perpetually in its shadows Apart from that nuisance, I love this place. "Rocket as if it tries to live its name, served rocket leaves in every second dish, but that seems to make it most common tastier! I had visited last year this restaurant for Christmas dinner with my office colleagues. I wasn't sure about eating here at first, but at the end of our lunch I was pleasantly surprised. it is a bit difficult to look for the first time, so could be a good idea to take someone who has visited this place before. we have set ourselves within five minutes of our arrival and eating has been served in a reasonable time, so were very satisfied with the service. the food is high in taste and presentation. believe me, even fish and chips here will taste much better...read more"

"Three of us ate but two didn't particularly enjoy their meals. One had eaten much nicer fish chips in other restaurants and the other person thought her moussaka may have been microwaved. The cheese topping was so hard it was difficult to get her knife through it. My pizza was fine and I appreciated being able to order it from the bar menu although we were eating in the dining area, as I wanted the smaller size. One other point when I went to the Ladies, I had to try 4 cubicles. One had no lock, one had a lock that didn't work and one had a very wonky seat. The hand drier didn't work packets of paper towels were sat in between the sinks. I had only just come into the restaurant and I felt it didn't give a good impression. It looked a bit shabby. I have been here a few times before but not for a couple of years and felt overall it was not as good as in the past. Neither friend said they would visit again."
