"We have had food delivery a few times and always been satisfied but not so last night. Firstly the delivery was about 25 minutes late which could explain why the food was lukewarm. The chips were greasy and soggy and the medium cod had little fish in it on one of the pieces. The worst thing was that two large cod were missing and we had to ring and insist that we get two more and fresh chips to go with the fish and had to go and pick it up for two members of our group while the other three ate their lukewarm soggy food. Did not even get a free bottle of pop or anything as a sorry on collection. Prob will be reluctant to use them again as the cost was over fifty pounds and not very nice"

"Six of us yesterday, some had starters of goats cheese croquettes, salt cod, chicory, Roquefort and candied walnuts, then four roast pork, one bouillabaisse and a beetroot wellington. Desserts were tarte tatin, mixed crème brûlée with madeleines and mixed sorbet. It was all snaffled down happily, all was delicious. The roast pork had great crackling, sumptuously melting meat, lovely greens, flavoursome spuds although could have been crispier, and a nice assortment of greens, carrot, parsnip and baby turnip plus a fluffy yorkie and gorgeous gravy. Great service by smiley waitresses, fab afternoon."
