"My partner and l eat at this lovely Bar Restaurant this evening and we ordered the traditional Fish Chips. We have eat in many restaurants around Ireland and l have to say the fish chips was by far the best we have tasted to date . The fish was amazingly fresh with a tasty batter while the side salad was simply divine. Friendly staff too. Congratulations guys and best of luck for the year ahead. Sharon Ken."

"Great place to stay in. Staff so friendly and service top notch. Swimming pool was great, water was warm! Local food amazing! We arrived in February where Clifden is in quiet season, but that didnt put down their passion for a good warm and friendly place. My daughter is friend with all the staff and thats what matter to me."

"Just home from lunch in this amazing restaurant. What a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The food was exquisitely tasteful. I couldn't get over just how delicious it all was. Heartiest congratulations to the chef. He also obliged me with a dish that is usually only on the dinner menu. That he was willing to go out of his way for me to this extent, that really touched me. The staff too could not have been more friendly or helpful. They brought so many happy smiles to our faces. Well done to all involved. I have done so already and will continue to recommend this restaurant to others."

"Food was lovely, very well done except the salad was very dry. Also a woman came in 10 minutes after me and was served within 5 minutes, whereas it was approx 35 mins before my food arrived. Nice staff."
