"Joined on Friday... They were torn by their feet, stressed, in need of a break I'm sure. The staff smiled and very friendly. The fish and chips we had are now definitely my favorite and they have become my first choice for the future."

"We were gifted a night at Spring Valley Campsite from M&C after purchasing our campervan. Honestly we would have stayed longer if we hadn't had prior commitments. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The site was clean and well laid out. We did have a drink in the well stocked bar. We spoke to other campers, who I understand are regulars to the site, which speaks volumes about how the quests are treated. There is a pond on the west side of the site, with numerous wild fowl to observe. We had a happy mini break there !"

"Had a family-historical weekend that led us to the Crooked Billet, to which we had a connection in the past. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic. Steak was cooked for perfection. Something for everyone on the menu. Nice atmosphere. Very recommended."
