I phoned yesterday morning thinking I was asking the impossible, organising from Dublin, a wedding gift for a Limerick colleague, at very short notice. The Manager, Ewa Mazur, couldn't have been more helpful and pulled out all the stops to make up a beautiful hamper and then offered to deliver it to the recipient for me. Ewa was a pleasure to deal with. It's not often you experience customer service like that. :"
