"My husband and I recently had an overnight stay here. Our evening meal was very good and well presented and the staff who looked after us were friendly and attentive. Our room was on first floor at the front of the building. First impressions, it was clean and more than adequate for a one night stay. The chocolate brownies were a nice touch (if you like them and they was a nice selection of tea and coffee available. They was a good breakfast menu to chose from. We had the full English breakfast with a choice of scrambled, fried or poached eggs. Toast was freshly made and they was cereal, fresh fruit juice and tea and coffee also readily available. "We had a fantastic meal on Saturday afternoon so decided to return to Sunday dinner. the best decision! absolutely wonderful meal (we both had the trio of pork, huh and bark) would highly recommend. beautiful, polite staff that they are credited to the owners. we were on a weekend trip, but we both said that we will only drive the 50 miles for the food! thank you and well done."

"Massive choice of plants, furniture and pretty much everything else you could want for your garden, as far as I could tell, reasonably priced and there was plenty of outlets there too, with cotton trader, the works, guinness, etc... All having stalls. The restaurant. Although a trek from the front door, had a decent menu for a garden centre, the meal we had was plentiful and reasonably priced. Good stop off point if required"
