"We had a great dinner here after exploring the tide pools. It looked really busy but we were seated without a wait. We sat right on the beach with plenty of shade from the table umbrellas the views were priceless. The food and drinks were delicious. The service was thoughtful and friendly and able to accommodate an odd request so thankful for his creativity! This meal was a highlight of our vacation!"

"We were greeted and seated quicky. They welcomed our dog and made sure he had plenty of water. Appetizers were delicious as was our main grilled shrimp salad. Ambience was fantastic with live music and friendly, energetic and professional staff."

"Honestly I wasn't impressed with the food.It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Had the country fried steak and eggs. The steak was obviously purchased prebreaded and dropped into the deep fryer. The gravy was made from powdered mix. The Biscuit was as hard as a rock. Eggs were goodFood: 3/5"

"My fiancé and I are on vacation with our four kids (16, 15, 14, 8). It’s really hard to find a restaurant where everyone is extremely happy with their food, but Hook Anchor knocked it out of the park! The staff were all very patient and helpful while the 6 of us were trying to figure out what we wanted. We never once felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. We ordered lobster fries, clam chowder, two mahi mahi tacos, two crusty crab burgers, lobster mac cheese, and fish and chips. Everything was mouthwateringly delicious!!! We all thoroughly enjoyed our food! My 15-year-old, who doesn’t like seafood, devoured her crusty crab burger. We all walked out of there happy and stuffed. We are here on vacation from Utah, but if we lived in the area, we’d 100% frequent this little restaurant. I’ll be thinking about those loaded fries for a while!"
