"I've been a previous customer, but on this occasion my dish was not as advertised within menu. Ordered the Dirty Chips: SPF: stated: shredded buffalo chicken. Chicken was definitely not shredded-(chunks) no buffalo sauce-(sweet chilli), no sign of spring onions and a little blue cheese dip!! What happened!! This was REALLY disappointing.."

"Placed an order via the app and had to ring after 1hr 10mins as our food had not arrived. I was told that the food was on it's way and they apologised for the delay. It arrived within 5 minutes of that phonecall and the food we received was cold. Everything had to be reheated in the microwave. Very disappointed with both the food and the quality of service."
