"My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday evening around 9 and it was quite dead. Two tables seated inside and maybe 4 people at the bar. We sat at the bar (which had prior customers' dirty glassware that hadn't been cleared so I guess that should've been a clue to the lacking attention by the staff) and the bartender was quite engrossed talking to two female patrons. At no point did he or any other staff acknowledge our presence let alone offer to get our order. We sat for several minutes with not so much as a glance our way and decided that maybe paying customers who weren't prospective dates weren't really the bartender's type. My husband said as we were walking out the door he finally looked our way, and seemed a bit confused. Being in the same plaza we opted to go to The Varsity Club and they were happy to wait on us. Paying customers are their type I guess."
