"Was waiting on a call back or even email back from manager or the owner before posting this, but it looks like that's not going to happen so.....We happen to be staying temporarily in the area. I was taking my daughter and two of her friends to the grocery store when I noticed the Keegans right next door. We decided to go in and have some appetizers and something to drink before we went shopping. Host seemed grumpy as he never smiled or said anything as he showed us our table. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. We had order the wings, Spinach dip and a carrot cake to all share as a quick bite. I personally didn't care for the wings after first taste and the dip, very small portion for appetizer and price, was ok. The girls didn't eat to much, guess they didn't care for it either, so we took the rest with us to go. It's was later in the evening so that's the last thing we all ate in common.. Within a few hours we were all sick. I first emailed, twice as to not bother the busy manager, regarding our experience and expressed concern about the food. Having had food poisoning before in my 50 yrs, I knew it was what we all ate and requested a respond as well as a partial refund. I waited and with no response to my emails, I called and spoke to the manager. He informed me, since no one else had complained, there was nothing he could do. I asked for info to someone higher-up, he informed me the owner would be in the following day. I asked if they could possibly get back with me, he assured me they would but proceeded to hang up without talking my information. The bill wasn't a whole lot and I wasn't bothered with it until i was pretty much ignored and not believed. So, it's come to a bad review about the food and the way they seem to do business. Think twice about giving this company your hard earned money or time, as they don't seem to care about customers issues enough to reply to a simple email."

"Fabulous Phoenix dining!. The Best of Phoenix!!! We have eaten at this fabulous restaurant a few times and after last night 's dinner with friends it is time to post a raving review ! First, the ambiance is like no other. We wanted a great meal prior to seeing Jimmy Buffett as opposed to some of the very average experiences downtown Phoenix has to offer. Everything about our dining experience was extraordinary! We sat on the patio which was lovely, our server was excellent and the food out of this world. I had the scallops which I would highly recommend. Our friends are foodies and loved everything about this place. Additionally, we have traveled extensively and have eaten in some great places so know good food! This is great food! Everything is fresh and the produce is local! Clearly the staff is well trained as the service and the friendliness was abundant. This is clearly not your typical hotel restaurant in any way. An experience to not be missed if you are downtown Phoenix and want the best the city has to offer! Loved it!!!!!!!"

"We had a party of 10 for dinner. We were told it was a 25 minute wait, 5 minutes later they seated us. Great job!! Dinner was AMAZING! Dillon your waiter, made us feel like we were the most important table in the place. Love the Yard House you never disappoint."
