"We went in on a Friday night and sat at a table in the bar area at about 9:00pm. The bar was quite full, but the servers had plenty of time to converse with other patrons at the bar. I sat for about 10 minutes and two servers walked by to service other tables and we got no greeting or acknowledgment. We ended leaving so I have no other experience other than poor hospitality."

"Went on a Friday night, busy as all get out! Waited 30 min to sit down, had our food in a few minutes. I asked the waitress how many cooks were working...seemed like 100 but there were only 6 cooks. 1 prep chef and a dishwasher. Unbelievable how fast the food comes out here."

"Best bar in Pittsburgh and unpretentious (rare these day drink and beer opitions are not written on a gaint chalkboard and no exposed brick which is a huge plus. The Map Room is not a Sports Bar (though a game is on t.v. Rather it is a bar were you can actually have conversation in. An oasis in a city fillied either preteniuos yuppie\hipster (there is no difference but age between these groups fake over priced bars or loud and dumb sports bars."

"The food was Delicious! The Service however was Slow. Our server seemed overwhelmed. The Manager Finally brought our food an Hour after we ordered. He gave No apology. I asked what was the problem. He said Not enough staff."
