"I have always thought about this place as a bit of schnapps, but it really serves very good eating. I have eaten twice here and both paint the food quality from the grill was better than the king castle in windsor. the gourmet steak is particularly good. as always with wetherspoons, good value for money."

"We enjoyed an amazing Sunday lunch at this lovely pub and Eaterie. Some of our group wanted a traditional roast and 2 of us were looking for tasty vegetarian options. We were not disappointed! Gorgeous roast beef with all of the trimmings and for the veggies amazing tasty tart with veg. We were even made a special veggie gravy! Lovely ambience and super helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend and we will be back"
