"To understand my experience in this diner, I must begin at the beginning, because it is a story of disappointment and redemption. of muscles and beautiful photos. but above all from fishing and from chips. I took an train from hard pool to sunderland during my vacation in Britain. my goal was a grotto, from which I was told by a friend who has a restaurant and pub built in a wall of the cave. I arrived at the railway station sunderland and drove to the railway station to take the bus on the coast. I had planned to stop in souter lighthouse first, but when I came to the roker park, I hit the stop button on the bus and came out immediately. from there I decided to climb it the rest of the way to the coast, a total of about 7 miles. When I walked along the coast, I saw many beautiful places and took many pictures on the way. I stopped at souter lighthouse and even got the chance to go to the lighthouse. from there I continued my trip to marsden grotto, just to find out that it was closed. I had hoped to get some fish and chips and a pint when I arrived there, but unfortunately my trip had come to her end, and my dear had nothing to show for it. I wandered back about another mile because I had seen some dinge from the lighthouse I had missed on the way. at this time the sun was in the position and my dear smell. I finally returned to the bus and went towards the city. I had seen some fish and chip connections there, it was just a question I would choose from. remember, up to this point I never had real, authentic English fish and chips. this coupled with the fact that I had just migrated 8 miles, as well as the disappointment of the grotte that 't open for business, they can imagine that minchella 's was a place for acidic eyes. I chose minchella because it looked so dazzling, all glowed in the dark. there was no insider memory, but they had tables and chairs at the front so I could enjoy my firm under the moonlight. fish and chips, please. and a coke. She asked if I wanted a few fried brote about which I was very committed. I had everything in salt and edgy debris and began to destroy the chips that covered the fried fish. they had given me a wooden utensil that was a spork, and it seemed to do the trick. Finally, I had paved one way through the chips and it was time to have my first bite of economical, delicious fish. it was all I had dreamed of and more. Honestly, one of the most epic and unforgettable meals I had ever lived in my life. while I would encourage someone to duplicate the adventurous I had, even if they were not so adventurous, I would still highly recommend minchella 's for fish and chips in sunderland. Despite the epic journey that brought me to this little food stand, they do fish and chips right, and I find it hard to believe I will find something better for the rest of my days."

"1st time in and wasn't disappointed, fast service the team didn't seem to stop. They seen people standing and asked if they would like a table and found them one. Quite cheep too. Didn't have food but it looked good. Will be back"

"I didn't want to leave this review, but in the face of the circus I feel to know. I ordered the afternoon maybe two weeks before and it didn't happen. in the following days I need to call, send recreation and links...comments directly on the side of the titer facebook, all for no purpose. some of my comments were then removed from the side, but no attempt was made to contact me. because of my media post, I also had some people who notified me that they were in exactly the same situation and also paid for something that had not chosen. I finally came in touch days later by phone and can say I was impressed by the owner's attitude at all. I got a refund. at this point my wife and I got both to perform, who let me gobsmaked. I was angry, but at no piont I was insulting, but the fact is that I knew that my contributions were seen and removed by the manager on the thier facebook page, I also know in the following days this place will continue to be left online order for even more people in the lurch and have nothing to come back and also ignored their attampts of contact. the owner of this bussiness ignored me and others quite simply and blatantly. if I had received an apology back, I would have been completely clear at this time in view of the hardships throughout the country. to be enslaved, was more than frustrating to meet with quips as well, I will not make a prominence today, because I had to refund my money shocked me. in the ground said this owner, she made so many deliveries on this particular day and was not able to deliver a handful of them. she has tried to deal with one of these people, she has urged to make her first thing before the missed deliveries to correct the following day. No, she ignored us and continued in the following days just to do the same to others. yes. it seems to me that this woman has no sense for business ethics! if they use mis nancys, they have a chance to be satisfied and a chance to face left red. if they do not expect to be met in this with a decent standard of customer service and certianly expect to spend a lot of time to receive with the money for the service they pay and not. not worth the risk! Now I wanted to leave it behind, but. I have seen the following of this on the mis nancys facebook and to my total unbelief this woman now uses this as propaganda and promotion, she was sacrificed and her business was deliberately targeted by me and my wife. this woman also claimed that she and her family were annoyed and abused by us (supporting the only person who was ever spoken was the manager, absolutely no one else). there are also contributions on the side that everyone has a Re-Fonds and a free updated afternoon tea package, sorry that this is a blatant lie, I have not returned such a offer and neverther did others who were in contact with me! I have only betrayed that this business has actually tried to transform the lack of resect for a customer into a situation, they were actually playing the sacrifice and posting false affirmations, false and dated review! in the act it is totally disgusted! the use of failings is a risk, a risk that is not worth taking and if they do not expect what they pay for dont expect a simple journey that knows, maybe they will end up out of the bag, maybe they also have accusations, abusive for family members who are thrown on them. just don't disturb people."
