"I enjoyed the varied selection of food a lot including different sized meals. The small plates were particularly appreciated. The room was comfortable and warm although the TV was on the side wall which means you get a stiff neck. The bathroom could do with modernising but was clean and functional. I really enjoyed my stay. The Inn was exquisitely decorated for Christmas and had a lovely cosy feel. Avoid the right hand side behind the wine rack as it was very cold indeed and would benefit from some heating in winter. The staff were efficient and clearly work very hard but I didn’t see a single smile for two days."

"Great find in a quaint town! It was my first time in the area, and looking for a spot for breakfast. Noticed the sign out front of Crown Inn and we thought to give it a try. The space is beautiful, our table overlooked the road. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Quiet and comfortable. I had the jar of lovelies and smoked salmon benedict. Both tasted super fresh and perfectly prepared. Would definitely come back! Food: 5"

"Another visit to the Mole for my parents anniversary, and not disappointed. Surprised by other recent reviews as we have always enjoyed the food here. The wine was chilled and delicious, we had the chicken, fish and chips and Moules and frites. All delicious, well presented, good portion size and piping hot. We also like their range of deserts and the strudel is a highlight for me, don’t know another restaurant outside of Austria where I can get this! Service was attentive without being rushed, decor, ambience, cleanliness and comfort all good. A bigger car park would be a bonus and it would be great to see the occasional special, to change up the menu a bit, but hey, we will be back."
