"Went in for a meal tonight with friend. Starter was perfect. Went for “The Big One” for my main. WOW. Don’t try this at home kids. It was massive. And very tasty indeed. Dessert was amazing. 10/10. Very friendly staff."

"Absolutely ludicrous customer service and constantly forgetting items no matter how clear you make it while ordering. This happens eating in and for takeaways, whether it is busy or not. How difficult is it to comprehend an order that somebody makes every single time yet it still is given wrong ?? I stopped eating in Supermacs Tullamore for over a year for this same reason and recently gave it a chance again. Nothing has changed. They won't be getting my weekly order anymore. I'll go somewhere else."
