"Smashing little gem of a place for coffee or meal. Lovely atmosphere , good decor, grand location for public transport or parking. Friendly attentive staff, speedy service and empty plates cleared quickly which is always a plus for me. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to revisiting soon. Well done Olives!"

"Went at the end of the night as the fryers had been turned off. Staff were nice and friendly and food was delicious. Healthy portion sizes with plenty to spare. Only downfall is the batter was too thick on the fish!"

"My 'local' pub / restaurant. always feel welcome and comfortable, even if it is on my own, very friendly helpful staff plus a varied menu .and helpful for me as vegetarian. I take a group of seniors for Christmas dinner there and can say how nice the food was, the staff was especially pleasant, although they were extremely busy. worth a visit."

"Delicious! A lovely place to have some amazing food. We ordered five meals two of which were vegan. The vegan goujons were highly recommended by the staff and with good cause as they were amazing! The fish and chips were excellent, the curry sauce really tasty and the garlic mayo was so so good. Everything was thought of from the environmentally friendly packaging, to the hand wipes and wooden forks. The staff all wore leather looking aprons and everything was spotlessly clean and organised. We honestly cannot find any fault with this place, the menu is brilliant and the choices for vegans is so refreshing. We enjoyed every bite and it made our day...to eat the chips on the benches listening to the waves crash was just perfect. Thank you to the owner/s and staff who were so helpful and kind, your attention to detail is very appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone."
