"One of the best meals I've ever had. steak was cooked to perfection, chips were thin and crispy with a soft inner and the pfefferkorn sauce was amazing. I don't even like to swirl and the light laaf that accompanied the meal was to die. I made my birthday and graduation special. was every penny for the art and wise how the food is presented, how professional the service and the environment look inside and above all the quality of the food"

"I booked here, never before, but the reviews were very good. this pub is falling down and somewhere you wouldn't just stop and call, but they must. once in the decor and atmosphere is warm and friendly. the personal is excellent and the eating excellent. it is also dog-friendly in a cozy environment. reviews are just something I only write when I feel that a place is worthy. we will come back and thank them for a visit."

"Haven’t been here in a while , so excited when we decided on a chippy tea. What a soggy mess . The chips were inedible , bad , some burnt some almost raw and some chewy . Fish wasn’t that good either . So dissatisfied . Should have just thrown the £16 straight in the bin where the 2 meals are now !"

"Lovely little place. Welcoming atmosphere. Food is great and plenty drinks to choose from. This place is situated right by Orrell Water Park so what better way to finish your walk than with a nice visit to the Robin Hood. They also have plenty seating outside."
