"I?d be lying if I said the food wasn?t worth it. Every dish tasted fairly decent, and fairly priced for 5 people. However, the staff is careless AF, and the overall facility needs to be cleaned ASAP . Leave it to the management to completely tank it, but the food makes up for it. Mixed feelings."

"I would give zero stars if that was an option. I do not know what happened to the old staff but I've seen newer people there and the quality of the service and the value has dramatically changed. I have been eating at this business for around 8 months and then all of sudden I was told that I cannot eat outside even though I bought food and I was told that I could in the past. I have been given the wrong order more than once. There are better local businesses to support around the area. Disappointing customer service."

"On the way from Sisters to Portland last night, we made the extra drive into Eugene for Szechuan food, because a friend had recommended this place. I ordered the roast duck clay pot rice. On top of the rice were small pieces of neck and other small pieces with very little meat, for $12.95+tips. Oh, while writing this, just saw another review posted on Yelp, Ordered duck and they gave me the neck... the cheapest piece with close to no meat on it! Ouch!!!"
