"My wife and I have been regular customers of Ash’s Indian takeaway premises. Initially this was the Shapla in Boston and more recently the Rice Spice, Wide Bargate. Boston. I have supported Ash for over 30years and I will continue to do so for as long as I can. I was first introduced to Indian food in the 70’s and have been an addict ever since. I have eaten Indian dishes all over the world and I can only describe Ash’s food as being at the very top. He has clear trained his chefs to cook to his excellent standards. Derek Sue"
