"Went to dinner with my husband and our guest who was visiting from abroad. From the time we entered to the time we left, I was ignored and treated like a second-class citizen. When menus were distributed, I was served last When plates and cutlery were handed out, last again When I ordered. My husband was thanked with “ thank you sir” I didn’t get any acknowledgement or eye contact. When the food arrived it was flung at me with no care. My husband, guest I were disgusted, hence the need to write this review. Hopefully, this will serve as a warning for some of you. Etiquette is completely out of the window at Shimla Spice in Keighley No point in mentioning the food as it was awful, and the restaurant is filthy and not worthy of the title of Best Eatery 2023- I bet family and friends helped with that vote. I’m expecting the usual “denial” of this experience from the restaurant… I’ll wait for an apology with bated breath…. Avoid at all costs."
