"This is not a typical restaurant or a cafe but a cross between the two: there is a very informal ambience here. but with fish on the menu and ornamental fish in their aquariums, I had no complaints. the cost of the items on the dish are easy on the pocket and they have a range of fish delicacies..baked, grilled and in sandwiches and burgers..I would be going back the next time I am in Guwahati"

"Located in the first floor of a building on a busy main road but boards are there so no problem in finding the place. Ambience is not so good but the food is good specially the small fish khorikaa. The pork in bamboo shoot was more of pork fat than meat but the gravy was tasty. Chitol fish was good as per my husband. Pricing is okay but service could have been better"

"Spent an evening at this restaurant with a friend. The restaurant has a nice ambience but has a few challenges: The Chicken kabab ordered was really tough and not expected from a restaurant of such type. The live music was nice but too...loud for a restaurant of this size. In spite of requesting the team the music remained very loud. Otherwise had a an ok evening at this place. The fish and Mocktails were nice though."

"Had dinner in maw kali, the main aim to taste the fish...the food plate still has the old crispy fried potato sticks. got nostalgic. size of fish has somewhat got reduced, all the taste. any how enjoyed after a long time..a la decade...good food especially fish for a quick gulp. variety of fish dishes are available...try sheetol mas, misa mas or pabho max, you will definitely njoy"
