"A real good place to give a treat to your tastebuds. All the items are with a complete flavour of Goan touch. The portion size is preety good and the taste is awesome.There is a lot of place to find a table but gets very busy after 8.00 pm and there is always a waiting. The only drawback is the service is a little slow and less space for parking."

"Not easy to locate as it is situated in a by lane of Margao City center, But ask the locals and they will guide you to this distinctive Goan restaurant famous for its Goan vegetarian breakfast( I haven’t tried anything other than breakfast here), Goans take pride in classifying their vegetable stew into three versions, Suki ,Patal, and mix , These are simply respectively dry, curried and mixed varieties to be eaten with either pav or puri, The alsandi( soy bean) and Tomato bhaji here are delicious and so is the dry Potato bhaji , a mixture of these gives you the quintessential mix bhaji, You can order some mirchi bhaji as accompaniment , and finish your breakfast with a cup of filter coffee which I think is the best available in Goa.Tato is known among Goans for Quick Service, Reasonable price and tasty food."

"Please forgive me to write this review from an English perspective. we just returned from lunch with friends to home and I can only ask why we haven't found this jewel yet? they can happen by thinking it is just another local restaurant. for local people. be not stupid! eating here is quite amazing, from chili filled bombay ente and lepo (sorry, if I miss the prawn curry and rice, it is all cooked to perfection and tastes delicious. if they like to pick up with the fingers, they just stick and remove the swirl column bone and eat the fish as it comes. unbelievable! note that the fish can be quite sharp if they don't expect it (love it! Our friend is vegetarian and she had a tadka valley and paratha (again, excuse for the writing that was great! many thanks for an unforgettable meal."

"Visited with family. Overall food rating okay, butter chicken was too sweet. Fish thali was the highlight - real solid value for money - 3 diff types of fish curry (fry and 2 curries - each one made with diff type of fish). Worth a second visit only drawback being it is in the heart of the city quite far away from the beach.."

"This place was recommended by one of my friends for its Fish Thali. Apparently ordering the Fish Thali, turned out be a good decision as it was very yummy. The Thali was also priced reasonably ie 170.00 rupees. The service was not something to talk about but overall it was a great experience. If you love Fish, this is the place to be. It also boasts a bar so that is a bonus."

"Pepper's serves some of the best steaks that I have tried yet. Even though I haven't had much steak in my life, i can very easily recommend this place to anyone. I ordered the beef steak stuffed with Goan pork sausages and topped with pepper...sauce to give that spicy kick. The steak was cooked perfectly and was very moist. I did get couple extremely chewy bits, but that just gave me the time to savour the taste of the sauce. It was beautiful. The boiled veggies and the corn was a nice twist to. The only thing that I wished was better was the mashed potatoes they served with the steak. The taste was fine but that creaminess that I was looking for was missing and there wasn't much on the plate to experiment with either. The balance in the protein and carbs was slightly off in that regard. And one other thing if any of you guys from Pepper's is reading this, please invest in a table mat. My plate kept sliding on the glass top while I am trying to slice into my steak. Next I ordered a slice of cheesecake with a drizzle of strawberry sauce. You can also choose blueberry sauce, but I went with the red beauty. The cheese cake was absolutely blissful. The sauce was little too sweet and syrupy to my liking but a little of that with the cheese cake was so good that I wanted to order another one but had to refrain myself from getting carried away. May be next time. Later on seeing the cost of that slice on the bill made me glad that I didn't go for a second plate. But still I am not complaining it was money well spent. Anyhow to sum my experience into a nut shell, the restaurant serves the one of the finest steaks in Goa and the cheese cake is awesome. I would highly recommend the pepper sauce on your steak.
