"We went a few times, and every time the service was very friendly, checked our drinks and food several times, and the food was delicious every time. Great neighborhood to eat and have cocktails."

"Part of my fish fry travels this year. Food was of good quality. Service was good as well. They did a lot of take out for the fish fries. The back room is small but room wasn't full. Fish fry was very good with excellent sides. I am thinking side were homemade. The highlight was the potato pancakes. They were full of potatoes and onions. Very thick. Tasty. My hubby was full after eating the 3 of them. Good time and food!"

"Edge of Town Restaurant was a very interesting place. Sex of us from my church went there for our Tuesday afternoon lunch. The waitress was a real hoot. The food was really good and it was more than a reasonably priced. They also have a soup and salad bar that comes with most meals. The place was crowded and it was quiet so we were able to talk. Give them a try I think you'll like it. They are on Genesee Street just passed Harlem."

"I came back to Bellevue during lent on a Friday. You can expect a wait on a normal Friday but during lent double that wait. We arrived at 4:30 and had to wait an hour, exactly the time the host gave us, where we waited in the packed bar had drinks and chatted. After ordering the wait for our food was longer than most restaurants, but for me the quality of the food is worth the wait. On this visit I wanted to avoid fried foods so I got the Chicken Cesar Salad and it did not disappoint. It was an enormous plate full of crisp green romaine, a very large chicken breast that was perfectly grilled, generous amount of Parmesan cheese and Cesar dressing on the side. I stuffed myself full and still had enough leftovers for another meal the next day. The servers were very friendly and accommodating and I always make sure to say hi to my favorite waitress. If your going here on a Friday be prepared for a wait, Lenten time or not."
