"The Best Steak In The City. I love Steak, and have tried all the so-called other steak houses in the city of hamilton. Both High end and not so high end, but found the Steaks at Acclamation to be the best I have ever had. Our waiter sold us the steaks with a little sales pitch that the Chef only buys Certified Angus Beef.(the expensive ones at Fortinos) Even though we were a little skeptical about ordering steaks because they seemed to be so inexpensive, all 6 of us did, and it turnned out to be the best meals we think we have ever had. The steaks were cooked perfectly, with alot of flavour, and tender.(melted in my mouth) The Sauce with the steaks was so good we asked if we could buy some to take home, but were told that the sauce was considered 'Liquid Gold ' and referred to as JUS and takes the Chef 3 days to make so there is very little just lying around and it was quite expensive to purchase, but would be worth every penny. I will definately be returning to Acclamation for Steaks again and reccomend that everyone check this place out. It IS the new STEAKHOUSE in HAMILTON!"

"We had a lovely meal to celebrate our anniversary, it is a few years since we visited this restaurant and we weren't disappointed the service was good and a good amount of time between courses made it very pleasant.The place could use some new art work or at least have the old art work re framed."

"We cant say enough about it. So well priced and the food was much better that the 360 in toronto. We paid 50 for 2 with wine and drink with salad, fish, steak. All service and cooked perfect. Breakfast was the same - great presentation, great service, well priced - almost cheap, food was very tasty"
