"We like to visit this pub having walked from Keyhaven on the sea wall going towards Lymington. It is a firm favourite of twitchers and yachties. You don't have to dress up to go there and dogs are welcome. It is a great meeting place for locals and townies. It has a large bar with a small eating area at the back. The summer is the most pleasant time to be there when you can enjoy the garden. The portion sizes of the food are large and it is very tasty. All in all a friendly atmosphere and you never know who you might bump into."

"We were particularly impressed by the personal service that was given to us on Mother's Day. The waitress was attentive and well humiliated and stayed back to check that we were all right. We had a nice table at the window adn the whole experience was delightful. Thank you."
