"We have been to Salmon Bear many times and the food is always good! Great healthy dinner option, especially if you are looking for a more casual/relaxed place to eat. We mainly come here for the baked King Ora salmon. The salmon is always cooked perfectly and goes well with the oyster sesame sauce and a side of roast veg or sweet potato fries. They also do great poke bowls! Fresh menu options and high quality ingredients."

"Such a cool place for dinner. The drinks are delicious and the desserts are the standout you have to get both!! The tacos are a great deal if you go on Tuesday as it’s $5 and the service is quick and staff are lovely. Clean restaurant and nice people Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"So good! The taco’s tortillas is the best I have had all these years. I loved the fish taco and guys loved the pulled beef tacos. We also had chicken wings, corn, prawn quesadilla and churros. Churros was good the best!! But next time I will get the chocolate on the side. Forgot to take photos for all the dishes. Definitely going back for the fish tacos and churros."

"Amazing Mexican food that is served in a lovely place in the CBD! Staff are attentive, fast and fun which makes any experience amazing. Food may look simple and similar to other places but it is done with great quality and precision making it a standout. Beer choices feel a bit limited, however they suit the vibe of the place. Margaritas are incredible and the wine list extensive. Definitely a great place for dinner and drinks that will have you coming back for more!"

"We got tasting menu and most everything were enjoyable. We love the crab ball, tuna cheviche, lobster and beef fajita taco. Usually, we love beef fajita and we also love taco but this time, this was our least favourite. Tasted a bit bland, lack of seasoning. However, when we dip it in the lobster sauce, voila, it improves from score 5 to 8. Overall it was great food."

"Noticed it had just opened and dropped in for dinner with my wife. Lots of variety in the menu and drink options. A limited wine list but reasonable prices. Enjoyed the fish taco and sampling plates. Helpful staff, two main courses, a shared dessert, two coffees and a bottle of (good) wine for less than $100. There’s a lot to like in that."

"Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. We had taken our little baby out for a walk to the ocean pool. On the way back we realized it was 5:30pm and Taco Tuesday. We decided to risk the little one waking up and go for it. The staff were amazing setting up a table for us outside, under a heater with enough room for a stroller. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even sterilized a dropped dummy for us! And of course the food was great. Lamb shoulder quesadilla, fish tacos chorizo tacos. And beautiful frozen margarita Thanks again. You made our first proper dinner out so enjoyable"
