"Open until 8. The Smoke Shack is open for dinner. We went there at the end of a cold day. The restaurant is in an old train car and is not particularly warm, but the friendly waitress kept the warm drinks coming. The spicy pulled pork sandwich with homemade barbecue sauce was very tender and filling. Burgers and sandwiches come with beans and coleslaw. I heard that the portobello burger with goat cheese and the special smoked chicken burrito were both good, too."

"We visited is september snorchen many of the restaurants were closed. we stumbled over this little restaurant. absolutely the best fishing and chips of the trip! that went into town while we were there and we were just served. eat our meal in the cozy darkness to lunch. charming small place with grat fish and chips!"

"Not a lot of places open on a Wednesday night in Seward so Seasalt it was! Came here with a party of 5 and we were seated within 10 minutes. There is indoor seating, as well as expansive outdoor deck seating. Also, a bar that would make one believe there is an expansive cocktail menu...which there is not (only premixed cocktails, beer and wine). I order the brioche bread appetizer and chowder. Portions are small, and the food is OK. It won't blow your socks off, but it will fill the belly after a long day of fishing. Overall it gets the job done, but don't expect to be amazed."
