"Love their fajitas, chicken beef. The fried fish tacos are awesome. I also like the chicken quesadillas. The chips ranch dip is SO GOOD. Sometimes a line to get in, but worth waiting for. We usually eat there twice a week. We just can't help it, it draws us in. There's a new manager that is so helpful friendly. His name is Cam is Extremely NICE. We love all things TexMex. We've been going to Chuy's in Houston for years, so we were very excited to hear that Lafayette was going to have one. Our favorite waiter is B.J. He is very nice always goes above beyond his customer service to everyone. F.Y.I., if you get cold easy, bring a light sweater or jacket. Many people do this it's worth it, to get to eat there. They are not the only restaurant that keeps it COOL. If you haven't been there yet, give it a try, you will notice a big difference. Also, they make their own tortilla shells. They are tender fresh. You can watch them being made as you walk in."
