Those dishes so large and decorated, those glasses so finished, even the table center lamp, you would like to have them in your home decor. Are we talking about the dishes? is a gourmet restaurant so a dish is well-kept, strange good, with an average price high and not exaggerated in terms of quantity. just like that in my opinion. better to taste a suitable portion rather than to sow a huge meal with the fear that it becomes cold. but we are still talking about a right portion, not the tiny ones, typical of restaurants that believe who knows who. all valid dishes, but for the sweet advice absolutely the warm tortino stuffed with peaches on zabaione cream. a real delicacy to taste! I recommend only to make in front of the customer the opening of water bottles and especially of the wine bottle. the control of the integrity of the cap and its perfume are already a half guarantee of the goodness of the wine for the customer."
