"Talked to the manager about our experience two weeks ago. His name is Tyler. He was very extremely rude when we told him about the employees who dropped our soda on the ground because we asked for them to be topped off then they proceeded to give us soda with no ice or barely any ice. My burger was not made right and the fries were cold. He told my husband and I that he was refunding our entire order as he should however we never received the refund and it’s been two weeks now. So they lied and they steal. DO NOT COME HERE!! They also own all of the McDonald’s in Albert lea as well as some new purchased ones in mason city. We will always make sure to not purchase from this owner as he called too and lied. I have video footage for anyone challenging this review as proof how they treat customers"

"Disappointing. Bacon Cheeseburger was fine. Made the mistake of getting their apple pie. Price went up quite a bit in price. Used to be 2 for a $1.00 now 2 for $3.00. Probably the worst fast food apple pie I've had. The pie was less than half full and I don't think I saw a single piece of apple. Told my friend we would have been better off going to the grocery store getting a Hostess pie and nuking it."

"Had pulled pork tacos, taste was good but they were cold. The cheese sauce for chips was delicious. People with me ordered shaved Prince rib sandwich. Very little meat but they didn't care because it was horrible dry, over cooked and really tough."

"This place is a diamond in the rough. the shaved prime rib sandwich was the best I ever had. my wife had the meat trade. she is from minnesota and knows her advertising. it was the best, full of likör. oldies music played. can't wait to go back."

"I am local and use to visit the restaurant often. It had good food, nice staff the works. That went to the way side and my last visit before the remodel was a 0 out of 5, cold food in the buffet and dirty. My last visit was nice, good remodel some of the food was still either had been in there a little to long or was put out a little to quick. But all around fresh when you went up. If you like Chinese give it a try. It's Pay before you eat, self service drink."
