"So we ordered our roast from here today rang at 12.01pm for a delivery between 3-5 and it came at 5:10pm so it was late to start with. The man dropped it off and said that’s just been freshly cooked so I’m thinking yes get my nice roast to be disappointed to have the complete wrong food that we asked for"

"Staff were generally really nice, but it took us ages to get seen to. We felt kind of forgotten. The tables and menus were all greasy, might have been the cleaning solution they use but still. The portion size was great, and food was fine. I got the gnocchi with added salmon and there was very little salmon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"

"Our place to stay when visiting Liverpool. Location for us is perfect and no hassle for car parking. Rooms very clean and staff friendly and always ready to oblige. Thank you Rooms: Always clean and comfy beds! Nearby activities: Bus service accessible, we use for visit into the city. Shops nearby for any essentials and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. Safety: Reception present 24 hrs and non residents do not get access to accomodation areas. Walkability: Hotel is off main road and crossing them is not a problem as there are pedestrian crossings in operation. Food drinks: Food and Restaurant service is good, but we now book breakfast for 8.30 or before as after that time it can get very busy (depending on the day and school holidays etc) We enjoy our drink, weather permitting at the seating area in front of the hotel"

Over the past year we 've had the pleasure of working with the friendliest staff and sound engineers (special shoutout to Nick and Graham Having the opportunity to work with a venue that is so essential to the music scene in Liverpool is very special to our 'Music For Mental Health ' initiative- which wouldn 't be possible without the efficiency of the management, especially Events Manager Luke!Anyone who has been to an event in Jimmy 's Basement venue can agree that the buzz of promising new artists and atmosphere is like no other. It 's not often that people of all ages can come together to enjoy artists but we have found that the customers at Jimmy 's really come together for the music!Aside from funding support for young and vulnerable people across England and Wales, Jimmy 's has helped us showcase some brilliant local talent of all genres. All of us on the events team at the Be Free Campaign would highly encourage holding events at Jimmy 's and hope to continue our great work together :"

"Omg, this was truly unbelievably great! I've eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants around the world, including Greece, but this was by far the standout for all the right reasons. We had the meat platter for two and everything went beyond flawless to genuinely elevated. Amazing food, great service and great value. Think we'll still be talking about this lunch for many years to come. Food: 5"
