"Dinner at the height of the view on the lake!!! We've been enjoying ourselves. Coté chambre : un peu vieillotte ....cela for a long time that I had no longer seen tile blanket on bed in tin , lirarie not very comfortable, but the clean set, and no noise and it's the essential. We'll be back without a problem."

"Very pleasant environment. View of the Lake of St. Croix. Well done card, choice for all. Too bad that despite a second cooking passage, the foie gras mixed with salad remains cold. The rest was very good. Think about booking, limited places... but second service expected at 2:00."

"Came here for lunch on a trip to the Lac de St. Croix. New owners who were very keen to make sure everything was correct. Will be a hard act to follow as Bernard and Gudrun have run this place for years. They have kept...the same menu, a good idea, as it is superb. We had Entrecôte aux herbes de Provence. All very nicely done and well presented. The setting is magnificent and we had a lovely sunny day so could sit on the terrace looking at the lac. Good luck to the new owners. We will be back in the summer to see how they are getting on when the tourists arrive."

"Beautiful terrace with lake view. Tristounette cuisine, burger, pizza. I tested a salad, I'll recommend it. Value for money exhorbitant. complicated service. Other establishments with a very nice view offer a much cooler kitchen and worked for the same price. Very disappointed at my evening."

"My family reserved an early table during an overnight in Tahiti. We didn't really know what to expect except what we'd read in reviews, but we went and were just delighted at the outcome! Word of warning though, they serve huge portions for French cuisine...so choose carefully and be prepared to share around the table! The menu is fresh with beef, fish, and lamb as you might expect in a French restaurant but the preparation was light, meticulous and beautifully presented. Loved the service as well. Cannot say enough good things about the gentlemen that took care of our table! We had a fabulous foie Gras so beautifully seared and melt in the mouth tender! My son enjoyed a Mahi mahI dish with a heavy cream sauce that was too rich for me but perfect for a big appetite. Honestly, everything was delicious. And, even with the big portions, the table was clean when we left! One other word of warning. The next day we tried to walk in at lunch but it was packed! You must make a reservation if you want to enjoy this gem!!"

"Good the money worth (wines are something pricy to be honest) and a beautiful view of the lake. There are 1 menu for everyone who cooked daily from 1 cook and served from 1 waiter, both know their job very well. the whole...Menu is a bit much for us, but I guess others have no problems at all to take everything in themselves. great quality for a reasonable price, except for the weeping that I feel are a bit on the high side."

"We have driven around this area for a few years. This time in June to see the lavander fields - they did not disappoint. Fantastic sight and photo opportunity.Stopped at Les Cavalets for lunch. Fantastic view (best in the Gorge). Great service.Fresh water "crevettes" were on the menu. Very tasty. Good local wine list.Hotel has great view. Seemed busy. Would go back."
