"Set high up on the mountain road from Benidorm to Guadalest the restaurant has a fine wide terrace with superb views over the oplin and down to the sea and Altea bay. Shaded area and protected from the upwinds by a sliding glass barrier this is a great place for a cool meal when it gets hot on the coast, at lunchtime or in the late balmy summer evenings. Family run for many years it continues to maintain its quality and reception, and I am happy to keep coming back. You can be sure of a friendly reception. Salads, paellas, grilled meat, especially chicken and rabbit, and of course its famous grilled chicken livers, as starters or main course. Easy parking and excellent value. Private room available for large groups (by arrangement)"

"The toasts are good, and the coffee too, that is, they are not signature toasts but they are good. The coffee is not one of the best I've ever had, but I have no complaints. The worst thing is that it does not have air conditioning. The best thing is that the price quality is very good, and the service is very good too. Service: Dine in"
