"We went here on May for our honey Moon. Last night of our trip around Scandinavian countries. We were thinking about Legoland and the Perfect hotel, so i found pictures of the very good restaurant and the good room. Thank you, three years later"

"Ikke op til 4 stjerner. Fremragende beliggenhed, du kan gå til både Legoland på 10 minutter og Legohouse på 20. Også praktisk til lufthavnen, kun 10 minutter med bus. Vi prøvede ikke restauranten, da den er uhyre dyr. Morgenmad i normen. Værelserne er det virkelige ømme punkt. Badeværelset er absolut ikke egnet til et 4-stjernet hotel, det er utænkeligt at have et brusebad med et gardin på sådan et hotel. Meget uheldigt er det, at man konstant skal bede i receptionen om en ekstra flaske shampoo og shower gel. Hvis der er to gæster, skal der gives to hver, ikke et enkelt par (hvilket er knap nok til én person.) Endelig er sengen, simpelthen pinlig, måske halvanden firkant (måske,) for to personer galskab !!! Hotellet er fortsat næsten det eneste alternativ til de latterligt dyre Lego-hoteller."

Regrettably, the service aspect fell disappointingly short. As we were a party of five, we expected the table to be set with the necessary cutlery and napkins for all guests. However, we were provided with only four sets of forks and knives, leaving one person without proper utensils. Furthermore, the lack of attention from the staff was evident throughout the evening. It was disheartening to witness the servers engrossed in personal conversations, seemingly more interested in chatting with one another than attending to the needs of the guests. Another aspect that contributed to the lackluster service experience was the absence of additional napkins. Accidents happen, and it is not uncommon for spills or mishaps to occur during a meal. Unfortunately, when such incidents did happen, we found ourselves without any extra napkins readily available. "We ordered two burgers and fries from here after a long day at Legoland. They were very tasty but there was a lot of burger sauce and additional fillings which made it difficult to manoeuvre into our mouths. Price was reasonable for Denmark but it's nothing special. Chips were covered in hard salt crystals which had to be scraped off but all in all, if there's nowhere else to go, you'll not go far wrong with a burger from here."
